HTML TEST!-

On Wesnday Mr.case explained everything about making websites and the meaning of HTML and HTTP , and he also showed us this cool program called FTP. With this program you can transfer anything you want using this program and you can easily send it to people around your house. FTP stands for file transfer protocol. He also said that we have a test this week so Im going to study right now. :P

Today Mr.Case showed us to work on our Wiki and Our advertisement project for the school. He told us to use Page Breeze or Dreamweaver to make a website for our school. He showed us again how to make a website using dreamweaver. He told us to keep everything files in one folder so when you open your page there will be no problem.

WIKI

Today Mr.case looked our Wiki website and he said it was Ok and he liked it. He also looked at the pictures and we were doing well there.

The next unit we are doing is Html and it is stands for HyperText Markup Language.
Hypertext means ordinary text that has been dressed up with extra features, such as formatting, images, multimedia, and links to other documents.
Markup means the process of taking ordinary text and adding extra symbols. Each of the symbols used for markup in HTML is a command that tells a browser how to display the text.

He also showed us some programs that you could use to make a website. One of them is Macromedia dreamweaver that now Adobe owns it. Usually proffesionals use this program and this program cost almost $400 that I dont recomend buying.2nd one is Netscape that you can download for free from netscape. It is used for begginers and it was really usefull for me.

I will try to find the website for downloading for Netscape.

Today Mr.Case showed us a website about a man who has a career that needs photoshop. This guy drew a picture of a train at a train station and it really really real, it took him about 1 year to finish this amazing job. Anyways were still working on our photoshop project. Im drawing Homer Simpsons. I am done with it now and we didnt have BTT for 2 days so right now I am in the library and spending my time posting a blog. Anyways right now im working on my wiki entry and I need to post it by tommaro, and uhh i gotta go now.
